Vermont v2016

It was an epic year in Vermont this year... first ski lesson for Keva, Tavish skiis in the trees, and snow. So. Much Snow. So much snow we had to stay another night! One thing was consistent with past years, we loved it.

We recently discovered a new book series with Keva called Fancy Nancy. We have her this particular book for our Vermont road trip that read to her once or twice before hitting the road. Then Keva took to 'reading' it herself...

Without much snow in the city, we were off seeking for some outdoor adventures!

MOMENTS: February Fun!

Family Day weekend brought us north of the city in search of snow. We made it about as far as Barrie just to get enough snow to snowshoe and make a snowman. The next day, we went to Kortright Centre for some nature time with our friends Adelaide and Rachel to climb trees, make bird feeders, hike, climb, and explore. The very next weekend, Keva and Addy explored the art installations at the Beach by bike ... inviting spring, but enjoying what is left of winter. Best part of this season, is the family time we get.

Valentine's Day 2016

Tavish and Keva dressed up for the love of it this Valentine's Day. We picked Daddy up at work, went out for dinner, and capped the evening with a skate at City Hall to celebrate the day of love together...
